SUP is great exercise and an exhilarating way to get out on the water!

SUP (Stand Up Paddling) is the fastest growing water sport in the world today. Originating in the south Pacific, it is traced back to the 1940's in Tahiti; referred to as Ku Hoe He'e Nalu on the Hawaiian Islands, the sport is quickly gaining popularity all over the world because of its graceful simplicity and quick learning curve.

SUP-ing is easy-to-learn; it is done on what essentially is an oversized surfboard that is specifically designed for use on both flat water and light surf. The volume of the board makes it possible for the rider to stand up and paddle with both mobility and stability.

Build confidence and challenge your body with a lesson from our certified instructors. SUP-ing will open a whole new world and make the water more exciting than ever before. With the help of a certified instructor, anyone can learn to ride these boards.


PT (personal trainer) sessions: 

A personal trainer will provide you with the skills to paddle confidently in your local bay, on a multi-day exploration, or wherever your sense of adventure takes you; with our instruction you'll be up, paddling and totally stoked on your very first lesson!

Our personal trainer sessions are better value and offer a higher quality learning environment than any SUP course available in Norway today. You will learn exactly what you need to jump-start your stand up paddle experience or take your skills to the next level.

Our (PT) personal trainer sessions are scheduled as follows; a (PT) session can be can be shared by maximum 2 persons.
- 1 session (2 hours) is Kr. 1 750,-
- 1 Double session (4 hours) is Kr. 3 000,-
- A Block of 5 sessions (2 hours each) is Kr. 8 000,-
